New Japanese bottomless brunch with sushi and endless matcha sours launches in Leeds

Think full hokkai rolls, sumo rolls and unagi king prawn dragon rolls – plus katsu curry and teriyaki don.

What’s better than bottomless brunch? Bottomless brunch with speciality sushi and matcha sours, that’s what.

Yes, whilst Leeds already has a pretty impressive bottomless brunch scene it just got a whole lot better thanks to Sushi Waka.

The Japanese eatery, which is located in New Briggate, has just launched its new offering and it’s an absolute belter.

Here, brunchers can get a dish and endless drinks – like jasmine or matcha sour mocktails, gin and vodka mixers, Aperol spritz, prosecco and corona alongside a tasty Japanese brunch dish – for £30.95.

Food on offer includes sushi favourites like full hokkai rolls, sumo rolls and unagi king prawn dragon rolls.

Alternatively, opt for a hot dish like Katsu curry (served with chicken or tofu), teriyaki don (with salmon or vegan chicken) or gyu don (Japanese beef and rice bowl).

Diners can choose one dish to enjoy alongside their bottomless drinks and get 90 mins per table.

You can only have one drink at a time and all people at the table will need to be dining bottomless. The restaurant also requires a £10 deposit, which will then be taken from your bill on the day.

The bottomless deal is available at Sushi Waka all day Monday to Thursday, and between 12-4pm Friday to Sunday. To book, visit the website here.
